Since Electrolux now has stricter environmental requirements in its guidelines and monitoring, this category has become the third largest area of non-compliance. Issues related to under-aged labor (below 15 years) is not more prevalent than in the last year and is primarily an issue in Asia/Pacific. The majority of cases recorded relate to insufficient protection of authorized minors (16-18 years). In Asia/Pacific, 24 cases of under-aged workers were uncovered.
