Using the Penn State Library

Print Print

Just like on-campus students, as a Penn State student you have a wealth of library resources available to you!

As a registered student of Penn State, you can:

  • search for journal articles (many are even immediately available in full-text)
  • request articles that aren't available in full-text and have them delivered electronically
  • borrow books and other materials and have them delivered to your doorstep
  • access materials that your instructor has put on Electronic Reserve
  • talk to reference librarians in real time using chat, phone, and e-mail

Access the e-reserves for this course

Follow the link to PSU Library in the Resources box of this web page.

Once you are on the PSU Library home page, click the Course Reserves tab in the Lion Search box, then type Earth 520 in the dialog box and click the Search button. That should take you to the e-reserves list for this course.

The articles are arranged alphabetically by title, not by author. I know, that's not the way I was taught to do it either, but I'm sure we'll survive.
