We are covering fascinating subjects with a lot of room for discussion and analysis. The challenges and opportunities that come with extending the decentralization management philosophy outside energy generation are great, in particular when we consider how this philosophy can be applied to developing countries whose populations are rapidly growing and who are rapidly increasing their per capita consumption.
