​This week's reading assignment focuses directly on the interplay of government, science, and technology specifically in the context of global energy sustainability. Furthermore, they discuss 'carrots' and 'sticks' as they relate to policy options to achieve sustainable energy outcomes. Using the reading to support your discussion, write about whether the topic you're researching for your Research Project represents a 'carrot' approach or a 'stick' approach AND your thoughts on whether the other approach would be more/less effective.
