Overview

In this lesson, we will examine the actual data that speaks to the exponential growth in ICT infrastructure that has taken place in Africa since 2000. We’ll look at static data sets collected by NGOs and evaluate correlations between them.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the impact of ICT infrastructure increases in the individual nation states on the continent of Africa.
  • Understand the importance of evaluating static secondary data sources collected by NGOs.
  • Evaluate secondary data sources and interpret them in context for individual African nations in sub-Saharan Africa.
