This week’s speakers are Mr. Michael Ratcliffe and Mr. Glenn McNichol. For details about the speakers' background and current responsibilities, refer to Lessons 1 and 3. For the specific date and time of the webinar, please refer to Canvas. You are expected to attend the webinar live if at all possible. In the event that circumstances arise where you will need to miss the webinar, let me know as soon as possible. 

Assignment 4-4 (15 points)

After attending Glenn's webinar, prepare a brief write-up (250 – 500 words) summarizing the presentation and submit it in M.S. Word format to Assignment 4-4 in Canvas. In your summary, include the following:

  • elements of the presentation you found most interesting;
  • elements of the presentation you did not fully understand;
  • additional items related to the general webinar topics you would have liked to see the speaker address.
