"Weblearning" is the official Web presence of the Penn State Online initiative. Penn State Online is the administrative structure representing the primary online delivery mechanisms of the University. These include Penn State World Campus and the e-Learning at Penn State Cooperative, as well as the Blended Learning Initiative and Web courses offered at individual campuses.
