This report [1] is aimed at documenting the identification, discovery, filtering, and deriving of evidence, with a particular focus on geospatial information, to address the following analytic question. This effort is only intended as an initial building block which a subsequent analysis enhances and refines when making sense of the accumulated evidence in the context of the problem.
