Thanks to the hard work of Steve Handwork, Donna Peuquet, Todd Bacastow, and many others, Penn State was named a Center of Excellence by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and US Geological Survey (USGS)! Todd Bacastow accepted the award on behalf of Penn State during the US Geospatial Intelligence Foundation Symposium in Washington, DC in June 2015. The award was presented by Mr. Robert Cardillo, NGA Director.
