Zhongyang He, Ph.D.
Hello, my name is Zhongyang He, and I will be the instructor of the course EBF 301, Global Finance for Earth, Energy, and Material Industries.
I am an Instructor at the Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering, Penn State. My current research focuses on investigating the impact of the energy transition on local communities with big data and econometric analysis. I am also interested in finding new insights into innovation activity, technological development in energy industry such as shale gas and renewable energy, and policy of science and technology, by utilizing various data sources and tools in data science and computational social science.
